Ayurvedic full board (vegetarian) according to your individual diet plan with homemade and regional dishes. A variety of teas and fruits as well as homemade juices with seasonal fruits and depending on availability.

Ayurveda

2 Ayurveda doctors and 2 treatment rooms are available for the classic Ayurveda treatment, Panchakarma and special Ayurveda treatments for chronic diseases. Ayurveda is not just about treating ailments, but about a holistic and healthy lifestyle. The aim is to restore balance to body, mind and soul, renew the body's energy, strengthen the immune system and cleanse the inside. An improvement in well-being can occur after just one week. For long-term recovery, however, 2-3 weeks of treatment are recommended, and for Panchakarma 3-4 weeks is better.

Indications include: heart disease, diabetes, arthrosis, migraines, musculoskeletal disorders, etc.
