AYURVEDA

AYURVEDIC TREATMENT

Ayurveda is an art of healthy living that emphasizes harmony with the laws of nature and the discovery of one's true personal potential. It is both a lifestyle solution and a cure for specific ailments, relying on a profound understanding of the body. Unlike a one-size-fits-all approach, Ayurveda tailors its recommendations to each individual's unique body type. This personalized approach considers the bio-energies in our body known as doshas, which interact with the five elements in nature. These doshas, along with the elements, determine the mental, physical, and emotional constitution of each person, guiding dietary and lifestyle choices for optimal health.

Necessity of Ayurveda treatment

Heritage Ayurveda Germany offers best treatment in Ayurveda Germany especially for business people. Due to our hectic modern lifestyle, we are stressed and have no time to take care of our real existence. Ayurveda Kur Germany, we are knowingly or unknowingly subjected to inappropriate foods and habits (ahita ahara viharas) which in turn balance the subtle energies at the level of body, mind and soul. The great rhythms and forces of nature - the change of day and night, the rhythmic cycle of the seasons - affect us as do the inevitable seasons and cycles of human life, birth and growth, aging and death. This expresses the negative energies of body, mind and soul as symptoms. It is the stage where we walk like a monkey drinking alcohol, getting stung by the scorpion and getting entered with a ghost (Markatasya sura panam, Thanmadhye vruschika damsanam, thanmadhye bhootha sancharam, Yathwa thatwa bhavishyathi). But modern medicine with its dealing with specific diseases related to specific body organs can exclude the crucial totality and thus miss the cause of our condition. What is needed is an integrative approach to healthy living and healing and this is where ayurveda deutschland , the ancient Indian system of healing and living, comes into play.ayurveda kur deutschland

HOW DOES AYURVEDIC TREATMENT WORKS?

Ayurveda derives its healing philosophy from the fact that our body is made up of all the five elements (Panchamahabhoota) of nature – space, air, fire, water and earth. These elements and their combination or proportion determine the makeup of our body. They are accordingly classified into three body types, i.e. what Ayurveda calls the Doshas. There are three types of Doshas (Tridoshas) and when combined with the “Universal Force” present in every living being, these Doshas form the bio-energy of every body. These bio-energies or Doshas are:

Restoring Health by Balancing Doshas: Curative and Eliminative Procedures in Ayurveda

A large part of our diseases can be attributed to lack of attention to our body signals caused by an imbalance in the doshas which leads to the accumulation of toxins and blockage of energy points in the body. The healing process in Ayurveda therefore involves removing these blockages and toxins by making us listen to our body's signals and accordingly taking corrective steps based on our dosha. Thus, Ayurveda can be classified into curative and eliminative procedures according to the body condition caused by the imbalance in the doshas:

1. Treatment for Healing or Samana:

This is for curing acute illnesses and diseases and includes all or any of the following seven methods: Panchana (using digestive or medicinal herbs), Deepana (heat by increasing digestive fire), Kshut (fasting), Thrit (regulation of fluid intake), Vyayama (exercises), Athapa (sunbathing) and Marutha (breathing exercises).

2.Treatment for Eliminative or Shodhana:

This involves a healing system to cure chronic diseases and long-term ailments by cleansing the body. An important part of this is Panchakarma, a process of elimination. Panchakarma, which literally means five actions, is essentially about purifying the body by eliminating accumulated toxins and undigested metabolic wastes that clog up soil channels leading to diseases. By eliminating these wastes, Panchakarma not only cures certain conditions but also provides a preventive way to protect the body from diseases. The five actions of Panchakarma are Vamana (induced vomiting), Virechana (cleansing), Kashaya Vasti and Sneha Vasti (two types of medicated enemas), Nasya (nasal medication) and Rakta Moksha (bloodletting)

Previously

Mobilization of fat-soluble waste products and toxins – opening and stimulating the excretory tract – temporary reduction of metabolic activity and reduction of hunger through the intake of ghee or coconut oil, herbal preparations and organic microminerals.

Main Treatments

Elimination of waste products and toxins via the five main elimination pathways - Harmonization of the three vital forces Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Revitalization of the body-mind unity and synchronization of both brain hemispheres through special massage processes: Removal of emotional blockages and mental "baggage" and the experience of inner exhilaration and feelings of happiness that can arise during the treatments.

Afterward

To ensure that the effect of the treatment lasts for a long time by activating the metabolism, by taking the microminerals and wild herbs, give your body a break from hectic activity and stress for as long as possible. By strengthening the digestive fire during the treatment, you get used to
