Weekend Ayurveda offers a rejuvenating retreat focused on Ayurvedic wellness practices tailored for relaxation and rejuvenation over a short period, typically spanning weekends. * 1 Abhyanga – full body oil massage
* 1 Sirodhara (Forehead oil treatment) (30min)
* 1 steam bath
* Arrival Friday from 3:00 p.m
* 2 dinners
* 1 lunch

* Departure Sunday until 10:00 am
